Not June, but Blackback is tapping two beers today. Vasili says bottles coming around in June.

Well let’s hope draft AND bottles will be available in June. Maybe someone will get a pour or two this weekend at Blackback and check in with us. Would be cool to keep this thread alive.

It hadn’t been tapped yet at Parker Pie when I was there yesterday afternoon. I was hoping for a sneak peek.

I’ll be waiting for an “After Action Report” when you get a taste.

Meanwhile, I’ll post this useless comment with the hopes of keeping this thread on the board.

I wonder how long these will last in stores - hoping to get a couple of bottles a couple weeks from now. No idea how big a yield he got.

Had a chat with Vasily at the Montpelier Farmers Market on Saturday. When I asked about possible bottle distro ETA, he said labels were the hold up. I asked if he needed an extra set of hands for hand-labeling, and he accepted my offer to help out. Looks like he's finally getting ahead of the workload!

Not sure if there will be any left but certainly looking forward to scooping a bottle or two of this on Friday.

Vasili reminded me that the on-tap offering was brewed with foraged spruce tips, and this bottle offering is done with pine, among other things. Love his "tree beers!"

    Hey all,

What's the bottle availability like? I know his social media lists businesses he works with, but it still feels a little like flying blind as an outsider. Are there some best options for wider selections that don't sell out too quickly? Or does it always sell out quickly? Last time I got Wunderkammer bottles was by proxy at Hill, but I'll be in VT for a long weekend--everywhere from Burlington, Montpelier, and of course Greensboro on up towards Barton--so I should have a wide radius and am open to all suggestions.

Thanks in advance for addressing my ignorant and overly concerned Qs.
