This is my go to yeast for witbier's, love the character and profile it puts out, but have never attempted to use it in other styles. I think a Blonde ale would be solid contender, but I'm also considering using it in an APA. I'm leaning towards just going for it and hopping on the lighter side with a combo of Amarillo and Columbus. I want the flavor profile of the yeast to come through which is why I am thinking about a lighter hop schedule.

So that leads me to my question, has anyone used this in other styles and how did it turn out?

A Wild ale with Brett B or Brett C and FF makes a good beer. A Blonde ale won't taste a lot different than a Wit made with FF.
FF is used professionally for a Gran Cru. You can make a hazy Belgian PA or IPA with it. It will taste fine, if you like the yeast. Ardennes has some similarities to FF and is my choice for BPA and BIPA because it flocs better and finishes dryer.
