    Hello,

I really want to brew a wittier. I also have a lot of Washed Wyeast 3522 in the fridge.

    Has anyone tried this?

I'm making a starter right now using 3522, not for a witbier though. I think it may work for what you want.

I've only used it for a tripel, but my notes indicate there was a citrusy aroma. This might indeed play well with a witbier.
