Question for those who do lots of Belgians... What year 'round strain would you say is most similar to Wyeast 3655, from a flavor and attenuation perspective? TIA!
Sort of a lager like ale strain? Kolsch or alt strains? I just had Avery Karma this past weekend and thought it was avery nice BPA (that was an accident, but I decided to leave it in). I actually wondered whether they used this strain to make it. Of course, this doesn't help unless someone knows that they actually use a readily available strain.
