Can we petition for Dayman while we're at it?

All we're saying is that this one particular beer is the one of interest to *us*. If you don't dig it, that's cool. You don't have to sign. It was mostly to get the word out, hopefully to the powers that be within Stone Brewing Co. eventually, that there was a notably sized fan base for this beer. The city I live in (Rochester NY) has obliterated the entire stock of this beer within AT LEAST a 100 mile radius in every direction. Here's hoping we get it back!

Also, if you believe that the community will vouch for the excellence of Dayman, then you can do the same thing for that beer. No one's stopping you. Hell, I've never had it and I'd sign it just to support the cause.

Stone is my favorite brewery. They have really dropped the ball on this one. I personally wrote to stone to beg that they bring this back at the very least seasonally. This is the single best beer I have ever enjoyed. It is the perfect stout and beer for me. Of the 800+ and counting different beers I have had over the last 7 years, this takes the cake.

I have no idea why Stone would stop producing such an obvious gem. It's the nightmare truth to an otherwise amazing success.

I would invest my own personal capital to see this to the production line at least one more time!

Please give the people what they want Stone!

I wish they would make this year-round. Possibly the best new beer I've had in the last year.

Because at 8 bucks a bomber, readily available, and one of their tastiest options, i aint complaining. Yeah, it's not huna or abraxas, but at least i don't have to lop off my left nut to get one. It's a great beer worthy of praise.

I'm not sure Stone will be. Over one or way or another, but a grassroots effort is an effort.

I enjoyed Xocoveza, and would buy it again. Stone gets very little of my money as it stands, and they'd get more of it if this were available even annually.

I did not enjoy Bomb! nearly as much, finding it to be a fairly one-dimensional "we're trying to melt your face off with one, maybe two flavors"....well, for lack of a better term, bomb. Truth in advertising in that naming scheme.

Point being, taste is subjective and changes from person to person. There's obviously plenty of people who disagree with me about Bomb!, and plenty who disagree with the folks who don't like Xocoveza.

    Signed.

I have nothing to add to this discussion as I've never had Xocoveza (passed on it and am kicking myself as a result).

    But I love the av.

I saw a post on here that this beer is already being aged in tequila barrels. If that's true it would probably be released in that 500ml series.

Just had one last night and I agree. If anything it's a nudge to the brewer that it's still an in-demand item as well as a pat on the back for releasing a great beer.

Surprisingly, I ran across a row of these sitting in a cooler at a non-descript liquor store last week. Picked up 8 of them when I saw that they were marked down to 4.99/ea. :grimacing:
