Yay, my second batch isn't disgusting!

    Bringing this post back because I found a couple bottles of this bourbon barrel porter. I threw one in the fridge for a few days and opened it tonight. I can honestly say it has gotten better with time 7 months later. Though it is over carbonated. To the point that when I opened the flip top, it had so much force it unhinged. The alcohol has increased from what I remember as well. This is quite a tasty porter. I would make it again and store it.

    They say that time heals all wounds. Maybe time heals beer as well :slight_smile:
