Not long ago I brewed a raspberry wheat that I really thought finished nicely, but as I am finishing a pint right now, I can't help but wonder if the beer could be improved with a Belgian style yeast of some sort.

Currently the beer is very light, mildly sweet yet tart from the raspberry. I am wondering if I could add a little spiciness or make it dance a bit more on the tongue with a different yeast. What thoughts do you all have?

    Current grain bill below...

    5 gallon brew

    5.6 46% 2-Row Brewer's Malt, Briess
    5.6 46% Wheat Malt
    0.4 3% Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L
    0.5 4% Flaked Oats

    1 oz Hallertau @ 60 Minutes

    Wyyeast 1056

Added 4lbs of macerated raspberries to the beer in secondary.

    Sure, try wy3787 or wy1214.
