Yeast Recommendation

    I'm thinking because of his high fermentation temps? I've never brewed Chico at high temps but I know most yeasts will produce more esters at higher temps right?

    Kveik, hothead, or saison yeast if no change in ferment temps is attempted.

    Eventually reasonably good temp control can be achieved for ales with a simple 10 gallon water cooler with ice packs and a thermometer. 40 bucks.
