    Just use biofine / gelatin / irish moss / cold crash & condition.

    Thanks for the comments, now I have a lot to try! Is 1272 the Anchor yeast strain?

    I've found that BRY-97 floccs better than US-05. Not quite as clean, but I like it a lot for hoppy beers where I want a little something extra.

    Interesting. My experience with WLP007 is that it emphasized the malt much more than I would have expected with WLP001, although I've never done a true side-by-side comparison.

    This site suggests that 007 and 1098 are indeed the same.

    I'm with hoptualBrew, particularly with the fining suggestion. Gelatin will have your beer looking like Bud Light in two days, no matter how non-flocculant the yeast strain.
