Hey guys, Quick question - brewing an AG IPA on Saturday. Was going to make the starter tonight, got home from work, realized I don't have enough Light DME, however I do have a large amount of Bavarian Wheat DME. Will it make a difference in my beer / starter if I use the Wheat DME? Thanks!
Will not matter if you have time to crash and decant, which I always do since starters are usually at a higher temp and can throw off some funky flavors.
