New brewery from Garrett Crowell and Adrienne Ballou, both previously at Jester King. Looks like their launch party is tomorrow at Better Half in Austin. Anyone know much about them? Huh. Billowing Clouds of Hallertau sounds like a very interesting beer. A hoppy beer made with only Hallertau Mittelfrue hops? Sounds interesting. I guess I may have to see what else comes from this brewery.
