You know a beer is really good when....

When you don't want to drink it because it will be gone and you have no more left.

 

...when you force yourself to slow down and sip as you get near the end, when every impulse is to down it in one gulp. I do the same thing if I'm reading a really good book, and I start to slow down when I get close to the end, because I want to savor it, and don't want it to be over...

 

you take a drink and.....it moves

 

When you've got the delivery schedule down and know when it'll be on the shelf at the liquor store closest to your home = zombie dust

 

Haha when the belch tastes as good if not better than the beer!!

 

After tasting you laugh followed promptly by some cursing.

 

AMEN! you nailed it. When beers I have had more than once, make me sit down and become in awe
of their total experience, EVERY time I grab one.

 

. . . when you go out, in the middle of a bright sunny day . . .with a flash light looking for another bottle of the same $#!+

 

When your hands start to get red and blistery and you begin to sweat profusely?

 

or the DR is next to you each time you have an IPA

 

When I was finally able to taste fresh Hoptimum on tap, my eyes watered and I had a moment. Out of all the years I've been drinking, I've enjoyed that one time.

....when you change your work schedule to get the first case at your local beer store

 

your glass is empty....FAST REALLY FAST

 

When you go to take a sip and there is nothing left in your glass and you wonder " did I really drink it that quick"

 

When the fourth one in a sitting tastes better than the third (which tasted better than the second...etc.)

you eat the wax to see if it tastes like the brew..... two hours later you put the bacon in the oven thinking you are going to thaw it in the fridge
