Hibiscus and chilis - but most of all lemon or lemon peel (and I love lemon)

Sorry, watermelon is the absolute WORST. can't imagine how the thought of using it sounded like a good idea to anyone.

If it's not natural vanilla beans, definitely not vanilla extract

    Bourbon/whiskey barrels

I know I'm probably alone on this but I'm not a liquor drinker and I immediately skip over any beer that has been aged in bourbon or whiskey barrels. The ones I've had in the past just taste way to much like bourbon for me.

While I wish I had the dedication to tradition that @yemenmocha has, I admit to loving several flavors that are way out of pocket when considering reinheitsgebot. Amongst flavours that I am not a big fan of are coriander and thanks to Bells for introducing my monumental disdain for cardamom. Also can't say I'm a huge fan of trying oyster or Old Bay flavored beers, but in full disclosure I have not tried one - just sounds too off-putting.

Not as bad as beard yeast though. That's the king of off-putting ingredients, but sadly at least it would be purity law approved.....

    Agreed, cardamom is putrid.

I'll get after some Beard Beer though...might feel different if it was armpit hair yeast or something :-)

Tea infused beers. Also, piss. Like Bud, Bud Light, Coors Light... I don't like the piss they add in there at all.

Someone should really try brewing a sour that literally has piss in it.

Mint, as has been mentioned, but also any artificial flavors. If you can't brew a beer using natural flavors derived from the real thing, or the real thing itself, why bother?

I have yet to be pleased with the results of a beer aged in tequila barrels, although its relatively new

I love bourbon and yet still have little time bourbon barreled beer. I think it's far from a complimentary pairing

Old Bay and chili's. I mostly stay away from beers with additives.

I'm game for anything once. I have yet to have anything good using Earl Grey as a flavoring component, though. The fact that I don't care for that tea in general probably plays a role.
