Took awhile for me to think this out, but my dream would be Cellarmaker Imperial Coffee and Cigarettes aged two years in 23 yo Pappy barrels previously used to age maple syrup.

Miller high life aged in cognac barrels from Champagne, France. Then it would be The real champagne of beer!

LOL, it would need a cork and a cage. But nicely done!

bourbon barrel aged Stone Russian Imperial Stout. Can't believe they haven't done this yet. Or at least if they did, it wasn't ever widely available/distributed.

Four Roses Single Barrel or Blanton's barrel-aged Even More Jesus (with a 6 month sit) would be supreme.

I know about that beer of course! I managed to score one last July when I went to Stone. It is damn good of course, don't get me wrong. The version I had had an ABV of 13%. The good old regular version of Stone Imperial Russian Stout has an ABV of 10.6%. So, I have to believe that the Fyodor's Classic must be a slightly different recipe with a bigger grain bill, etc. than Stone IRS. What I'd love to have that I've never had, in part because I don't believe it exists (at least not yet), is a bourbon barrel aged version of the 10.6% version of Stone IRS.

Or, Budweiser aged on Don King's head. Truly then it would be the king of beers.

I have two that I think would be amazing but will likely never happen:

Rochefort 10 in Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon barrels - simply my favorite quad in my favorite whiskey barrel.

Ten FIDY in Lagavulin 16 barrels - this thick stout would hold up well to the peat smoke of this Islay scotch.

How about Long Trail Double Bag aged in cognac barrels, maybe Gautier. The caramel/malty flavor would work great with the oak and apple cognac notes, and the aging might temper the bitter finish a little.
