    Favorite is a summer evening, on the deck with the pizza oven preheating in the grill. With the wife, we pour a couple of nice beers, read the reviews and forums on BA. If it's a new beer, we do a rating. Otherwise, much the same ritual, with the pizza stone in the oven and go from there.

    A nightly routine...absolutely. I look forward to 5:30pm, which is when I normally crack one. It's my transition from the crazy work day to a relaxing evening with three screaming kids. Wait a minute....it's my coping mechanism for dealing with three screaming kids. I love 5:30pm.
