100% of the time have Founders and Deschutes brews in my house. I buy enough FIS to get me through the year.
All Day and Fresh Squeezed are the one's I usually have cold at all times.

So glad Old Rasputin is so easily available year round, that's a definite staple.

Dogfish Head 90 minutes <== always have this on hand
TenFidy Stout <== recently discovered this, stocked up, expect to have it always on hand
    Ayinger Celebrator

I'm still looking for a porter to stock regularly - something I love and can always get.

Also some barleywine I bought years ago, and still have some: DFH Olde School, Sierra Nevada Bigfoot. But I don't think that's what you meant by the question

I second what Greywulfken said. The space for beer in my fridge always has new stuff in it depending on what was on the shelves at the store I visited. I used to always have some LaTrappe Isid'or in the cellar as it was my all time favorite thing and also some Shiner Bock. If I had money, I'd have a proper beer fridge and would consider having some staples.
