Couple stouts, usually Obsidian or Old Rasputin. Schell's Hefe, Fulton Sweet Child IPA, and a couple local growlers that vary from month to month. Now if I could just keep my kids from putting their Sunny D in there....

Pliny. Any Golden Road Brewing IPA. And a walk to @BeachwoodBrewing for beer. That's it.

During this time of the year it's Sierra Nevada Summerfest. That stuff is just great and I like to have it on hand from the time it's available until the time it's gone.

Does anyone know how many batches of this they brew? In other words, is it just one massive batch brewed at the end of the spring (which I would think is not the case) or is it multiple batches, bottlings and shipments?

I don't really have any staples as described. Typically walk into the store, see what catches my eye and get a feel what I have a taste for and pick it up. However, I find myself picking up Zombie Dust/Alpha King, something from Founders or something from Stone more often (in that order). This is mainly because I protest bombers and that leaves options somewhat limited. Unless it's something I REALLY want and feel like splurging.
Oh, and I'll pickup 18th Street, but their distro is light, so usually not an option.

Ska's mixed cans (Modus, True Blonde, ESB), 1-2 macro lagers for the hell of it, a couple Crooked Stave brett sours, and at least one doppelbock of some sort.
Lately I've added a solid rotation of Soul Style from Green Flash, too.

When available to me, I always have something Odell in my fridge.

This past year, though, Prairie Standard has been a staple in my fridge.

Whichever of these is available at the store when I stop...
    Pyramid Outburst (Washington)
New Belgium Ranger or Rampant (Colorado)
    Sierra Nevada Torpedo (California)

(These would be the "in frig" standards. Of course, I prefer draft and the places I frequent go to great lengths to have something extra yummy on tap at all times... and no I don't remember the names of them, not much point when the next keg from a different craft brewer is just as good... just keep pouring. Great to be living here in the awesome Pacific Northwest at this time. So MANY great brews around here right now. Most very limited and only on tap.)

Too broke to stock up haha but I keep a balance between malty and hoppy. Usually if I buy two six packs at once one is maltier and one is more bitter.

Usually out of district stuff because I'm a chronic trader (trying to slow down) but when I drink local I'm 100% focused on Pizza Boy Crowler/growlers.

I've tried keeping singles from sixers and social gatherings. Invariably, I wind up with company or an excellent reason to empty the fridge. I certainly have "go to" beers, but there are no standards in my beer fridge.

My staple beers, not all concurrent in the fridge at any given time, would be...

    Ayinger Brau Weisse
    Weihenstephaner Korbinian
(Yes, I'm that weird guy who prefers the doppelbock from the one that's supposed to have the best hefeweizen, and vice versa.)
    Great Lakes Eliot Ness
    Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald
Anderson Valley Kimmie, Yink, Holy Gose
Orkney Skull Splitter or Triple Digit Aftermath
Schneider Aventinus Eisbock and/or Kulmbacher Eisbock
St. Bernardus Abt 12 or Wit, depending on mood

Beers I'd like to have as a staple, if I could find them fresh regularly:
    Mahr's Ungespundet-hefetrub
    Tallgrass Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat

    Modern Times - Fortunate Islands

Those are my wifes favorite beers, so they are always in there.

Usually any Sierra Nevada offerings. Good price point and easy to get. I also usually have something from Sun King in my fridge too.
