    Depends...
    1. Don't know the name...Indian Guy: So what, he's more American than all of us put together! I bring him single bottles of "out of state" stuff. He gives me free six packs. Fair Trade!

    2. Total Wine & More: GREAT Single selection, piss poor customer service! Both of them!

    3. Naaman's Beverage Mart: Very small, but has widescreen TV's and enough baseball and football smack talking to forget you're there for beer!

The store I work in is my go-to for six packs and new/rare releases

Craft Beer Cellar is my favorite place for buying single bottles

4 places usually here it Atlanta for me

    1) Hop City - great selection, prices are a little higher but the staff is pretty knowledgable and I love how the store is organized by style.

    2) Total Wine - more random in terms of selection, good prices but non-existent customer service

    3) Smyrna World of Beverage - my local place that has a good selection, really like the staff there and we do some bottle trades. Pricier than I'd like for the good stuff but worthwhile to not have to drive in this shitty traffic.

    4) Smyrna Beer Market by Stout Brothers - my local growler place. Super cool staff, good munchies but again you pay for not having to deal with yahoos waxing poetic about Lime-a-Rita's. They also support local breweries which is cool in my book!

I have three that I frequent: Grape and Gourmet in VA Beach for the good stuff, Total Wine & More in Norfolk when I'm in Ghent, and the Military Circle Farm Fresh during the weekly shopping.

I have 2 stores that are local, for me. Local for me is 30-35 miles away. One regular out of state store that we hit regularly. Several other out of state stores that we hit semi-regularly. The out of state store we make a weekend out of and eat out and bar hop.

So far for me in Dover I am at three. In Delaware you have to buy your beer at liquor stores. No gas stations, Wal Mart, grocery stores etc.

I buy my everyday beers at Dover AFB. All of the craft beers are stored cold in the walk in fridge. Big plus for that. The other two stores have more selection but run the risk of out of date beer and warm storage. Only one store in Dover does growler fills along with mix 6 so they get the next highest amount of my business. Store three is to find anything different from store two.

I am closing on my house in Dover tomorrow. After that happens I will be driving to State Line Liquors in Elkton, MD and the Total Wine in Claymont or Wilmington DE for possible larger hauls.

I can usually find special stuff and mix a 6'ers at 2 of the 6 bottle shops that are available in my area.
For everyday stuff, I have numerous local grocery stores that stock pretty good selections.

I had 2 main stores and a few occasional places. But my beer guy left and that store has gone to shit.
So those occasional stores are going to see me more often.

There are about 17 that are on my Good List, but it is really down to 3 that I go to with any regularity. However, most I don't get to due to distance and the Chesapeake Bay ($4 toll each way to cross at any point, plus gas). I really only check them out when I'm in the area or need to find a beer that my main 3 don't have.

CC: Super close, growlers, and surprisingly good stuff but a bit pricey. No Mix Six!!!
BB: Closest place that does mix six near me, with decent pricing and some good stuff.
Wine Source: Mix Six, great selection, great prices, growlers, and I know some of the staff.

p.s. I still haven't been to State Line!!!

Total Wine absolutely has the best selection in my area of Jersey (Bergen County), and they just my local store, turning it into a massive, high end supermarket of all things alcoholic. Second stop for me would be my nearby Shoprite, which has it's own liquor store with a more than decent selection. I work in Manhattan and there are some More atmospheric bottle shops there worth checking out, namely Murray's Cheese Shop, which is always bound to have something even the biggest BA hasn't tried before, but if I'm in a rush to get home (which I usually am), I can pretty much find something worthwhile at a Manhattan Whole Foods.

    I have three main stores-
#1) Fairly local NJ store where I get most of my stuff and the service is fantastic
#2) NY store about 20 min. from me, for stuff not available in NJ (i.e. Jack's Abby, certain imports) plus growlers
#3) Total Wine fills in the gaps on seasonal releases and other limited beers that they get in surprisingly large quantities

I just go to one right now, excellent selection and people. I do occasionally pick up a six when grocery shopping but other than that I find all my needs get met at the store I go to.

There are a few stores I frequent. There's one really close to my office, but it's horribly expensive. I'll usually only get the odd single or 16 oz. growler fill.

When I go "shopping" it's either a place downtown from my office (which occasionally gets some unbeliavably rare stuff) or I stop at a grocery store on my way home, which usually has some stuff on sale ($6.99 4-pk of FBS last time I was there). I will occasionally make a special trip if I know a place has something special. I heart NY.
