I was turned on to this phenomenon of aging beer a couple of years ago after finding some 2yr old expedition and doing a side by side tasting and being amazed at how much better it was 2yrs later. I have had mixed results of late because of dipping into my cellar when I have beer dorks over but it's all good and I'm enjoying keeping a cellar of sorts..

my question is this...I ran across a great deal on this beer in Charlotte, $3.99 a 4 pack..tried a couple, was impressed, so i went back and cleared out the two cases they had left. From what I have gathered it was a single batch that hit the market back in nov (I passed at the time because it was $9 and I never heard of it)...8% and 90 IBUs...drinking great now but is 8% enough to stash and age or should I keep it in the rotation and let it get gone over the next couple of months...

    Thanks for your time, cheers!
