I am in the process of cataloging my 'cellar' and was wondering what everyone's top / coolest beers they have are. They don't have to be the rarest or most expensive, but the ones you think really tie your collection together.

    Fou Foune 2014
    Fou Foune 2012
    Lou Pepe Kriek 2012
Southampton Double Ice Bock (110 btl count is why)
Anna Magnum (just because it looks so cool!)

I don't have much of a cellar to speak of yet, but the prize of my meager collection so far is a bottle of Thomas Hardy Ale from 1994.

The Armand'4 Seasons are probably the bottles I'm most happy to own and most looking forward to drinking.

Be Still, Sahalie, Sahati, and La Tache with peaches in rum barrels, all from Ale Apothecary, are probably my runners up.
  6. Dope

    Dope Poo-Bah (2,470) Oct 5, 2010 Massachusetts

Last bottle of Westy 12 that I bought on ebay for $150/6pk, back in 2010. Someday I'll drink it.

A couple of bottles each of Stone Old Guardian and Smoked Old Guardian from a few years back
Not the most special or exclusive beer, but I am super excited to see how they evolve and how the smoked version compares to the regular as it ages.

Nice! Love that stuff with a year or two on it... To do today - pick up a spare 6-pack of Expedition and forget about it in my cellar for a year

Mine would probably be the VSBs, DBHs, BA9Ks, Armand'4 set, Cable Car, and Rare. And I'm especially excited to eventually open my '05 and '07 C&C La Folie.

My J.W. Lees Harvest Ale from 2000, numerous bottles of Traquair 2020 Ale, one bottle of Samichlaus Helles 2007, one bottle of Sierra Nevada XXX Jack and Ken's Black Barleywine and one bottle of Two Brothers Bare Tree 2010. They really tie the room together, so to speak.
