Your Favorite Beer Drinking Game?

CharDee MacDennis is probably the best beer/drinking game I've ever played.

Beer Baseball, similar to BP. You have 4 cups lined up on either side of the table. 1st cup would be a singe, 2nd cup a double etc. You have 3 cups on either side of the table that represent bases. Say you hit the second cup, that would put you on second "base" or the second cup on the side of the table. A person on the other team would also go to the second cup to make sure you don't "steal" the base. To steal a base you have to chug the cup, lay it down and flip it so it lands just like flippy cup. If you beat the person who was "holding you on" you have stolen that base.

 

I wouldn't even attempt any of the games I used to play with the beer I drink now.

 

I don't play games when I drink.

 

Mario Kart plus Beer Except... you CAN'T D&D. You have to finish the race and your beer. But when you want to drink, you must pull over, no chugging. One hand on the controller at all times. Beer must be completely finished by the end of the race!

 

I used to date a girl back in the 80's who could hold her own at Quarters. We would get a case of quarts and get completely fit shaced.
But by far the game I have consumed the most beer while playing would be 9 ball.

 

The only games I play when drinking are the following: billiards, darts and bean-bag toss. In my mind, beer drinking is for savoring the flavor of beer and being social with friends and family, not as a vehicle to get obliterated through a "game" designed to get one obliterated by drinking beer. That's was shots are for, and even then I don't play those types of games.

 

Way back in the stone ages when I was in college, I absolutely loved "Beer Hunter" under the right circumstances (like I was already lit).

 

No big into drinking games. Cant say I have a favorite.

 

College years: Asshole, flippy cup, beer pong
Post college, early to mid 20's - darts, wiffle ball(yeah we made it into a non running drinking game)
Late 20's to early 30's - horse shoes, bags
late 30's to 40's(current) - chasing kids while occasionally being able to take a drink and not spill...also secretly drinking beers at parks and kids activities so I do not look like a total alcoholic!

 

Beerfest (movie)......go drink for drink.......I don't think we ever finished it before finishing the pack of beer.

Other would be shot checkers. Special shot glass checkers set filled with beers. The loser had to finish anything left on the board. We would make them drink when the piece was "king"ed and refill it with vodka, but that only lasted one night, as did we.

Another vote for the 'Roxanne' game. Though I haven't played that or anything else in over a decade.

 

I'm not real big into drinking games (I prefer to enjoy beer at my own pace) but when I do play I prefer sociables and beer pong as a close second.

I feel like such an old man saying this. But I am 26 and i've never really cared for drinking games. I'll play a game of beer pong once or twice a year with friends. But I focus more on my shooting form tbh.

 

Grew up in Virginia and we also played spades, but we drank schlitz Red Bull and King Cobra

 

I think I still have my old Pigmania game-

although it's probably been untouched since 1992. That game was responsible for a lot of Saranac sales back then, I'm sure .

 

Holy shit, this sounds so familiar. I know I loved it when I was younger too. Wish I remember how it went. Unfortunatley. I drank shitty lagers that were 4.5 % or whatever back in the day. If I drank decent beer and played these games, I'd be dead haha.
