[IMG]Best beer I've had this year has been in the crawl space for three years, years and years and just years and just might years and just might be the best beer I'll have in 2018.

I had a few better tasting beers this year but my favorite most likely is Dragon's Milk Smores. Was blown away by the beer more than any others this year.

Prairie Bourbon Paradise for sure for something I've never had until 2017.

Mornin Delight, Assassin 14 and CBS definitely get an honorable mention too, but they weren't new.

It’s an easy answer, but The Alchemist Heady Topper is the best of the year for me. Upland Guava is currently the runner-up.

This was definitely my favorite BL beer I've had, far better than many of theirs and really good on its own.

My favorite beers this year are the ones I've shared with friends for fun and the ones that made really bad days a lot better. I guess it's more about the experience for me this year than the name.

Hey thanks, @NickMpls and @BeastOfTheNortheast! Honestly, I just tried to think of this year's favorites and instead of names, I came up with experiences instead. Made me really grateful for what beer is able to bring into our lives.

Most recent was a stressful family trip with a bar and food break where I got a Kane beer that tasted just like Fiddlehead IPA and brought me back to my happy home place. I don't remember the name of the beer but I remember that moment and how it made the next few days more bearable.

Hopefully more people see this. It's very true. I can even relate. Just this year I've become closer to my brother than I have ever been. All because of craft beer. I got into it and now he's into it even more than I am. We have had a few times together (now that we don't live close) this year to just relax and enjoy good beer.

Hard but my top 2 for 2017, White Angel from Wicked Weed and Sierra Nevada's Barrel Aged Hose based loosely on their Otra Vez.

Pretty hard to narrow down to one because it's been another amazing year of amazing year and styles are all over the map. Still vintage Lou Pepe Framboise at Brasserie
Cantillon was as close to perfect as one can get, I think.

Closer to home for hoppy stuff it's gotta be Other Half. Something. Too many to pick from. Dark beer? Barrel aged Ted fidy was amazing last year, and Buxton single barrel rain shadow was over the top delicious and decadent (British Barrel aged imperial stout).

Man, Odell is some good stuff. Only brewery I've been to where I truly liked everything I tried.

Best beer of 2017 so far was barrel aged Old Rasputin on draft. Seriously outstanding, a perfect 5.
