Curious. For years founders centennial and bell's two hearted IPAs have been staples of mine, after re-acquainting myself with victory hop devil, ive noticed i have an affinity for a certain hop variety...

Ballast Point's Big Eye IPA. I believe it's single hopped with Centennial. I love it too. But Citra and Mosaic hopped brews of late got my Hop Cones Dancing..

Big Eye is just a tasty, underrated beer in general. I honestly prefer it to Sculpin, and at near half the price it's a delicious fucking bargain. As much as you can consider a Ballast Point beer a bargain in PA, anyway.

Founders Centennial is my go to IPA forever. But Stone Ruination and IPA are both big on centennial hops and I love them as well(Ruination is all Centennial late boil and dry hop; IPA is all Centennial late with some centennial/chinook mix dry hop). Centennial is indeed awesome. Even with all the new High alpha breeds showing up, I love that hop any day of the week.

I agree. Sculpin's reputation overshadows this tasty little IPA. Well, more for me to buy, I guess.

you know it's crazy, but the best i've had was mikkeller single hop centennial on tap. I usually only enjoy his stouts, but this IPA blew me away.
