Your Favorite Goose Island Bourbon County Beer?

All I've had is BCBS, so maybe I shouldn't vote -- but I will anyway.

Great beer, but it's no Bourbon Ben's Asthma.

 

Out of the 3 I've tasted, I like the regular the best, the coffee was a close second...not a huge fan of barley wines, I probably should have aged it

 

RARE.

As for the options above, I still like the regular most, followed by Backyard Rye, which surprised me a LOT.

 

I've had Prop 13', Cherry Rye, BCBS and BCBBW. Loved them all, but I'd have to go Cherry Rye, BCBBW, Prop 13', BCBS. I have Vanilla Rye but don't plan on drinking it for a bit.

All four are/were great, though. Voted BCBBW for the pole.

I've tried 4, in order of preference:
1. BCBS
2. 2013 Prop
3. BCBBW
4. 2014 Prop - Someone was a bit heavy handed with the cinnamon

If I ever got my hands on BCBCS though, I'm sure it'd be my new front runner.

 

The 2010 Vanilla was the best BCBS released.

 

I've only had BCBS and BCBBW - I've got one bottle of BCBCS in the cellar waiting for my birthday (direct all positive karma to @creepinjeeper) I'm not even sure I could tell you which I preferred. Probably the BCBS.

 

Backyard is jammy heaven.

Regular because that's the only one I could get this year. (Grumpy cat face)

But for real, I had a 4oz pour of Cherry Rye last year (kegged) and it was phenomenal. Had a sip of Rare once but it wasn't enough to say. Loved Backyard Rye and Coffee last year also. Cherry Rye takes it for me though.

 

I'm shocked that there are others who like BCBBW the best!

I've had all but prop, but the regular is better than any of the variants that I've had.

 

In order of the 3 I've tried:
Tied for 1st: BCBCS/BCBS. It's so close, and they both age very gracefully. I shared a '13 of each of these two this past weekend with my son-in-law. They were amazing. The coffee faded a bit in the BCBCS, but it was still mighty fine.
Distant 2nd: BCBBW. It's the one I could do without. I am a barelywine fine, but there was something about it being aged in BCBS barrels that didn't quite appeal to my taste buds.

 

anyone who likes barleywine the best I will trade them a 4 pack of '14 BCBBW for some BCBCS if they have any! lol

 

I've had all of the ones listed by the OP. 2013 Prop is my favorite hands down (it's probably my #1 favorite beer ever, actually) followed by fresh '13 Coffee and regular '13.
