The Mad Fermentationist is a fantastic site with a wealth of material and recipes that he shares, in addition to his book, American Sour Beers. He is also a contributor to this forum: @OldSock I also really enjoy Brulosophy (http://brulosophy.com/). Through side-by-side "exBEERiments" they have challenged conventional homebrew wisdom and also explore a lot of other interesting aspects of homebrewing. The site, at first, seemed to have ruffled a lot of feathers in the community. But I think perspective and context have since set in. The results of their xBmts, IMO, should simply be considered as additional data points, incremental to your own experiences and info. gleaned from other great resources. The best takeaways for me have been working to simplify my process, not always sweating the details, and shortening my grain-to-glass turnaround times.
I came across this one a while back when I was researching "oxidation" and "closed transfer" methods. http://www.bertusbrewery.com/ http://www.bertusbrewery.com/2015/01/enjoy-by-122514-and-some-dry-hopping.html
This used to be one of my goto blogs, but this is the second super long hiatus he taken. Hoping he returns again soon. http://chopandbrew.com is video blog that is really well done. I just wish was more consistent with episodes releases.
PerfectPint was another good blog but he hasn't posted for over a year and half Browne and Bitter is ok too

There's a wealth of info on the sour, funky side of brewing on this site, if you're into that sort of thing! Milk the Funk
I'm a big fan of Scott's deep (occasional) dives into brewing research papers on mouthfeel, hops, fermentation etc. http://scottjanish.com/blog/
Most of my go-to reads have already been listed: - madfermentationist - aleoftheriverwards - scottjanish - bertus - brulosophy Throw in two more to the mix: ryanbrews.blogspot.com/ Though Jason hasn't posted in a few years, https://sciencebrewer.wordpress.com/
Dave, I used to follow Jason's blog. Lots of great scientific information there. It is a shame it is not maintained. Cheers! @SFACRKnight
