    I usually do not like the funk, but appreciate the refreshing qualities with this style. I've tried the best rated, but this is my favorite. Not my usual style, but this one was quite enjoyable. What else should I seek out??

    Logsdon Farmhouse Ales. I believe they distro in NY.

    Hands down Boulevard Brewing Tank 7. I love this style of beer and Tank 7 has to be my favorite.

    Saison Brett is good for funk (one of my top favorite saison's)

    Hennepin is an easily attainable classic

    Brooklyn local 1 is a Belgian strong that drinks like a saison

    Try hennepin from Ommegang and their Spcied Saison which is a colaboration with Boulevard who makes Tank 7. Brooklyn has sorachi ace which I like. The sleeper with a low abv award goes to smuttynose for their hayseed. Victory Helios is also widely distributed and quite good. Colette is a high abv saison that works and then there is regalia from perennial artisan. Please try apex predator which is also quite good..

    Saison DuPont is great and not super funky like some
    Tank 7
    Goose island sofie... my favorite easy to find farmhouse
    Prairie standard
    Ommegang Hennepin
    Victory helios

    I love super funky saisons but those are some moderate ones that are super refreshing

    Brooklyn Local 1 is a great SBPA. Hennepin is served on tap at a local bar. Should I give this a go?? Or is this beer over rated?

    Nothing against Tank 7, but if you're gonna have a Saison from Boulevard, you must have the Saison Brett.

    Yes, but Tank 7 is more affordable. 4 for 10 dollars. I believe the bomber of Saison Brett goes for around 20. I might be wrong, but isn't the base beer for Saison Brett, Tank 7? I had a Saison Brett on tap and it was awesome though.

    Hennepin is definitely worth a go. In fact it is one of my favorite beers. It is always in my fridge.
    Edit: But my preference is for the bottle.

    I love Anna from HFS (amongst their other saisons). Saisons from Oxbow, Crooked Stave, Side Project, and Tired Hands are also must tries if you can get your hands on them.

    Any boulevard Saison, tank 7 Saison Brett and their collaberation 4 were all great.
    Funkwerks Saison is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.
