More local for me, but I've been drinking a lot of Church Brew Works Saison and Fat Head's #1 Saison this summer.

I need to try both Sorachi Ace and Hennepin. I see them both at the store all the time and have just never pulled the trigger on either one for whatever reason.

Tank 7, Sofie, and Anna/Flora/Arthur/Convivial Suarez when I'm home in NH.

Definitely not Jack d'Or as was previously mentioned. That shit was medicinal and disappointing. Star Wars Episode 1 disappointing. Or in the beer world, FMB disappointing.

EDIT: Hardywood Park's Saison was also delicious.

Some of my favorites so far this year that I would drink any time in no particular order.

    GI Sofie
CCB Cucumber Saison (drinking one now)
    GD Collete
    Brooklyn Sorachi Ace
    Saison Dupont
    Fantome Saison
    Sixpoint Harbinger

Hennepin is a little too sweet for me, Harbinger is almost to that point with me but I can handle it a little bit better. I also like Flying Dog's Wildeman "Farmhouse IPA" for something a little different.

I had my first Saison last week. I'm really geeked about this taste. It was Hinterland Saison from Farmhouse Ale.

Courtesy of my wallet: Sofie Paradisi, Fantome, Sorachi Ace, DuPont, Rockmill.

No. Hinterland is the Brewery in Green Bay, WI. Farmhouse Ale is another term for Saison. Glad you liked it. I forgot about this and need to try it.

Prairie Hop is one of the best American Saisons I have tasted. Good to hear about their other beers. If possible, try to get a bottle of Logsdon Farmhouse ales Saisons. I recently tried a Seizoen Bretta.-excellent.

Jester King Boxer's Revenge if the fact that it's a wild doesn't void it from the conversation.

Tagging on to this thread because their Americaine Saison is absolutely one of the best I've had in this genre. Just popped a 2011 edition, in which they labeled each with a special seal on the cap...the newer bottles dont have that feature.pick one up if u can, simply unregrettable..

I had one at Max's that was a collab between St Somewhere and Prairie; it was listed as "Sour Saison", and was really good. I also scored a bottle of De Proef/Sly Fox Broederlijke Liefde for about $4, and it turned out to be one of the best saisons I've ever had, and one of the best beers I've had in recent memory.
    Of course, Saison DuPont.
For American Saisons, although it lacks the funk/tartness of the Belgian variety, Great Divide Colette is very good. And Brewers Art La Petroleuse is delicious as well, and relatively unknown.
