Allagash Interlude, Dupont/Foret, Brooklyn's Sorachi Ace, and Hennepin.

Love these beers, but definitely a style I need to seek out more.

Any specific recos on Saint Somewhere? I recently came across them and was curious to try, but didn't know which one to start with.

I've been really digging the Saisons from Trillium. Dry, creamy, tangy and earthy.
    Delicious. All of em'.

I really enjoy lectio divina, but that's the only one we get here, so that really takes the challenge out of choosing for me.

Sometimes Saison Dupont in the big green bottles does fail since they can be skunked. I really, really wish they would get rid of those damn green bottles. I have gotten to the point that I will only purchase Saison Dupont in the small brown bottles or on draft.

Buying a big (expensive) Saison Dupont in a green bottle just is not worth the risk.

    Cheers!

I was blown away by CCB Cucumber Saison. It's definitely not for every one though.

I really enjoy Boulevard Tank 7, but my personal favorite is Karbach Barn Burner.

Yes, I failed to mention that I to prefer the small browns over the big green. Though I also did not find the big green to be particularly skunky, like some other lighter styles can be...

“I also did not find the big green to be particularly skunky …” It all depends upon how much light the green bottle was exposed to during storage. It is not easy for a beer consumer to know the answer to that.

As far as I am concerned the Saison Dupont beers in the big green bottles are a gamble I am unwilling to make.

I read a post once where somebody opened a big green bottle of Saison Dupont in his kitchen and almost immediately his wife in the next room called out: what is that stink?

    Cheers!

Crooked Stave's Vieille is one I've been enjoying lately. One I hope to have again was the Saison d'Erpe Mere Zymatore - something really nice about the gin notes.

Lately I have really gotten into farmhouse ales, real refreshing but more full flavored than a lot of IPA's.
