It's currently draft-only, but if you're in the MA/RI area, Revival's Fanny IPA is very balanced at 4.7%.

I think Boat is a "hoppy kolsch" if there is such a thing, but it might as well be called a Session IPA.
That said, I wish to change my vote to Boat.

Forgot about my trip to Cali two years ago. Had Blind Pig on tap at a restaurant watching NBA playoffs. Wow.... If this beer was only available in NY, I'd be all over it!

I find this "style" to be an abomination of my basic intellect in that really all these are is extremely hoppy pale ales, mostly to the point of being so one dimensional they are undrinkable, especially after a few weeks on the shelf.

That said, Easy Jack wins in a landslide.

I had Heady Topper right out of the can on a couple of occasions, I'd drink a bunch of it if it was available in MI. But I thought this thread was about "session" IPA's?

I had 5 pints of BP in about 7 hours with wings and tenders. Watched two playoff games, and went home sober and happy.

Why would you not drink seltzer water, instead??

    For over $10 a 6-pack, I don't think it's worth it.

I'd rather enjoy 1/2 bottle of my favorite DIPA and pour the remainder down the toilet than drink a session IPA.
Of course I'm kidding kinda...I'd never pour my favorite DIPA down the toilet!

I take it your not a fan of this beer, however you can't tell me this doesn't drink like a 4-5 %'er. Overpriced, sure it's a bit much considering the low abv, but I'd still pick this over the other session beers I've tried, Day Time, Go To, All Day.

Founders All Day IPA is brewed with Amarillo and Simcoe hops (as it their Double Trouble). Your post made me realize I've never bothered to look up Stone Go To, a session IPA I really enjoyed. I found this page listing-
"Hops Bill: Mosaic, Citra, Ahtanum, Cascade, Crystal, El Dorado, Magnum, Sterling and 06300"
I am not sure what the flavor in Go To that you don't like is, but have heard some don't like Mosaic or Citra for their "dank" notes, and have heard some say El Dorado tastes too candy-like. Cheers!
