A go-to stout? When I can get Celebration and Hibernation? I don't think I understand.

I'm usually burned out on stouts do to my heavy summer stout drinking. However, I just had a bottle of Ola Dubh 12, and while not a stout, I could definitely drink this all winter long!

Really good stuff that not many people seem to appreciate

Another one that's good but doesn't really get any notice is moylan's Ryan Sullivan stout.

Saint Arnold winter stout or old Rasputin. Of course I'll never turn down any stout that's offered though.

I don't really have a 'go-to' stout. Unlike the summer that lasts here from April thru September, during which I drink almost exclusively IPAs, IIPAs and pale ales and pick favorites to buy large quantities of, in the winter I drink stouts and porters, but vary it quite a bit. Other than KBS and FBS, I really don't tend to drink the same stout from day to day, preferring to try different ones on each occasion. Thus, I may try 40+ different stouts/porters/strong ales, many times in bombers, without going back to the same one again in the course of a season.

LOL... you guys are acting like we actually have SEASONS in Texas. I have favorite stouts that come out in winter, but I still drink everything.

I have a one year old 4 pack I'm ready to kill over the next month. So easy to get and really good stuff.. but aging kills some of the hot alcohol.. at least for me.
