I haven't rated every beer I've had, but based on what I've rated on here I have BCBS and Kuhnhenn BB4D tied at 4.94. To choose between the two, I would probably roll with BCBS simply because of my prefernce to the style.

(Side note: I like seeing all the Chillwave love on here; it generally gets overshadowed by some of the more popular names. I wish it was a year-round brew)

Zombie Dust and Prairie Bomb are both a 5 for me. I do have Heady Topper in the fridge so I might be adding to those.

I can't really go off what I rated on here because when I first started rating and what I would rate the same beer now vary at bit. I can think of a couple beers that have blown my mind while drinking them, maybe because of situation, timing, experience, or just a 'wow' moment

Hill Farmstead-Everett (drinking double IPAs all day, switched to porter, at a bar in Waterbury)
Russian River-Consecration (Friend shares bottle at BBQ, one of the first sours I tried)
Heady Topper-(annual pilgrimage to Waterbury for this)
Hill Farmstead-Citra Pale Ale (paired with lunch in Burlington, simple and perfect)
Russian River-Pliny the Elder (after waiting for years to get one, it lived up to the hype)
    and the newest member:
Hoof Hearted-Dragonsaddle triple IPA- (didn't know a triple IPA could be that good)

Mine is KBS which also happens to be my highest rated as well.
It is the only beer that is worthy of the hype.
I had heady topper and pliny both were extremely good, but if they were more readily
available would they still be worthy of the hype they recieve? Would KBS? Who knows.

My highest is 4.76 for the '14 BCBCS. Epic Big Bad Baptist got a 4.59. Love BA coffee stouts!

On the hoppy side, 3F Permanent Funeral really impressed me... 4.61

Definitely pseudoSue on the PA side, and maybe CBS or Apple Barrel Noir on the stout side. Honorable mention to Yellow Rose and Focal Banger.

Right now I have founders breakfast stout as a 5. I may go back and revisit that rating though as it was really the first top beer I had ever rated and so I may have had googly eyes when drinking and rating it. Other than that, ten fidy is around a 4.5, and I do have another 5 in Tank 7.

    Weihenstephaner Hefe - 4.71

I'm a pretty tough grader I suppose, but I don't believe in a "perfect" beer... Only a beer that is perfect for the moment.

Hum?. I Suppose "Ballast Point's" Sculpin is about as perfect as an IPA can be [IMHO] Right next to it is their "Big Eye"~very close Indeed,as far as Stout's~#1 in my Book is "Brooklyn Breweries" Black Chocolate Stout..Perfection!
If I am Drinking a Macro Brew [YES I enjoy some a gr8 deal] then "Tecate" in a Pint Glass rimmed with Salt and fresh Lime Juice, very hard to beat on a Hot,Humid Summer's Day~also just to catch some Hate,I LOVE Heineken, both regular and Dark Lager~Cheers!

Don't rate on BA but my tops would be Sosus, Kuhnhenn BB4D, and New Glarus VSB per different styles

Red Racer IPA. One of the first West Coast Style IPA's I had and it's still one of my favourites. I rated it a 4.84 but it probably deserves a 5.
