    Looking at my ratings, I've given out far too many 5's!!! Guess that's what happens sometimes when you're a few sheets to the wind and start rating beers!

    Anyway, from my 5's, I'd say my favorite is Stickee Monkee. I absolutely was blown away from the flavor, aroma and feel of this the first time I had it. Then I paired it with a homemade bread pudding with coffee/caramel sauce on top and it was the perfect beer/food pairing I've ever experienced!

    Fresh 2014 fou on draft at zwanze at holy grail. The zwanze this year was up there too but fou tasted indescribable fresh on draft.

    Gouden Carolus Tripel - 4.85, from when I started reflecting on my perceptions. If I were to revise that review, it would likely rate lower.

    Xyauyu Etichetta Ram (Copper) - 4.77, with much greater confidence.
