Oh no...I have a bottle of this that I am waiting to open with company over Christmas. It gets a good rating here. What didn't you like about it?

Rohrbach Highland Lager. Overly sweet maltiness with a weird sourness on the finish. May have been an old can. Drain poured a Guinness Nitro IPA the same night.

He'brew Chanukah in Kentucky. Tasted alright but it smelled like feet, couldn't choke it down. I've got another bottle, so I'm going to sit on it for a while.

Westbrook One Claw. The excessive carbonation made it near impossible to enjoy, flavor was pretty forgettable also. A lot of homers giving this good ratings or this was a bad can.

had to be a bad can. The few times I had it last year on my visits to South Carolina, I thought is was a great Rye Pale Ale. There wasn't excessive carbonation when I had it. Too bad.

DFH Pennsylvania Tuxedo. I know some people who really liked it. But the spruce did me wrong.

Night before Thanksgiving, I decide to go big.

Finish the three on the left, decide to substitute this one in for Deths Tar since it's after midnight and I'm sufficiently inebriated at this point.

Big mistake. I couldn't drink it that night, couldn't handle it Thanksgiving morning. I'm not a spicy beer fan. Poured it out, drank this instead.

Weyerbacher DIPA #1. It was filled with flakes and tasted like liquid paper and had a horrible aftertaste. Based on the rating and age (only 2 weeks old) I clearly got a bad bottle, but I have no idea what happened to it.

I've got little bit left of a bottle of Flying Dog "Naughty" that I've been nursing all day. It's OK but I think I'm going to toss the rest, about 4 ounces. Maybe I should change my review, I just don't think the habanero and spices work well enough (at least being as hot as it is).

Mine is probably a very minority opinion, but I thought it tasted like cheap fake coffee flavoring - a bit sickly and chemical. It isn't awful, but given how madly people trade for it, I was disappointed for sure. That said, based on the ratings I am clearly a minority! You and yours might absolutely love it!

Sounds like the end of a bottle run to me. They probably stopped the line at that point and got confused as to exactly which bottles to pull off (if a bottle falls over or is getting jostled about it can foam up and look like it was a good fill when actually it was a "bad-air").

Are you guys kidding me? Be a man and finish your beer. (unless it's infected, that's the only excuse)

I liked Last Snow personally, but this is frankly a very common opinion of many of FB's seasonals, that they taste artificial. One friend of mine described LS as "coconut suntan oil."

I finished it, but man, I thought about taking half of a 20 oz cask conditioned Zombie Dust into the bathroom for a pour. Warm, flat, and I was already half in the bag. Nothing against the beer, just bad timing going cask on my part.

    Great Divide 19th Anniversary Ale.

It was bad. Boozy, but no flavor. It might have been good when it came out, but 2 years of aging didn't treat this beer well.

Three cans from a case of Real Ale Gose. All three were pooched out on top. Tried to pour them all into a glass, but they all foamed over the top. What was left had a bad taste. Still sour and salty, but off. Couldn't drink.

Question to all. Is that how an infected beer reacts or was it some other problem? Thanks and cheers.
