Most of the time I would be having their brews on tap, but the packaging doesn't bother me either way. I like the way their bottles look aesthetically.

Lunch is on tap as a good backup option quite often and it never disappoints.

Asked about this, too. No plans for a format change.

Which is really a shame. I've said it in another thread, but if they did 4 or 6 packs of 12oz bottles I can almost guarantee their entire portfolio would fly off the shelves. Instead you see Lunch getting sold super quickly, and then the ever present bottles of Peeper and Mo that have been on the shelves for 6 months.

Don't get me wrong, I love MBC's beers, I'll always grab them on tap, but that bottle format and that pricing makes it really rough to be more than a once in a very long while thing.

Yeah, same. I've said many times I'd buy the hell out of MO if it was in any reasonably priced multi-bottle or can format. It's my favorite pale ale by a reasonable margin.

    Nine way tie for second:

    Alchemist
    Allagash
    Kent Falls
    Zero Gravity
    Jack's Abby
    Mystic
    Idle Hands
    Tree House
    Trillium

The omissions here are mostly just because I haven't had much from those breweries. I'd probably have Oxbow on there, for instance, but I just haven't had a ton of their stuff.

Hitting up Portland, Burlington on road trip on a month. Hill Farmstead, Foam, BIssell on agenda. What others should hit in Portland and Burlington?

Fiddlehead makes great stuff. Their taproom leaves a bit to be desired, but the beer is fantastic.

If you're in Portland you really need to hit Foundation / Battery Steele / Austin St. They're literally all in the same building, and Allagash is across the road from them. It's the most bang for your buck by far.

Barreled Souls in Saco is another great one, and you can hit it on the way up to Portland, probably about 25 minutes away.

In addition to what @TheMattJones88 said, Oxbow, Mast Landing, Lone Pine are good stops.
