    Pliny the Elder. I had it again this weekend after a long time away. I forgot how amazingly perfect that beer is. I've had hundreds of IPAs since my last Pliny, and nothing compares to the balance that beer achieves.

    Samuel Smiths Organic Chocolate Stout.
    Maybe I will find a better Chocolate Stout out there. Probably even. But this was life altering and caused me to lick the bottle and cuddle it.
