I'd have to break it down per style:
IPA/DIPA: Abner, Double Sunshine, or Abrasive
RIS: Kate The Great/Mott The Lesser (fresh, not aged)
Porter (imperial) : Wide Awake It's Morning MBCP
Lambic: Armand 4 seasons, any of them
    American wild: Allagash Resurgam, Beatification
Pale Ale: Edward or Boat Beer
Quad: 750ml format of '05 Pannepot Grand Reserva
Triple: Maybe Ebeneze's Triple, Chris nailed it
    Bock (all categories): Aventinus
    Lager: what ever is fresh!

Right now I am liking Oak Barrel Stout. It is a really good, hardy stout. It has those good characteristics of a regular stout like Guinness with a little bit of sweetness. The vanilla used in the brewing makes it smooth, but it still has some of the bitterness and it has a lovely warmness that lingers in between sips. This winter has been marked with quite a good bit of dark lovely beers for me. A few were the founders breakfast stout(too hoppy), Rogue double chocolate stout(absolutely lovely), Guinness ofcourse and sweet baby jesus by DuClaw
