    i keep plenty of great stuff in the fridge but a staple is snpa for keeping my groove going after i have five or six gems.

    That's too bad. I figured it would definitely be a while, considering how Stumptown just got up and running again within the past few weeks, but now it seems there are other reasons for not doing it again. I just had a Meantime Coffee Porter recently and all it did was made me miss having 3 Beans around. Oh well.

    Interpereting your question as one that I must (and realistically can) have sitting year round in the fridge when I am home in Cali, I would say Stone Sublimely Self Righteous, PtE, and HOTD Adam.

    As a trappist fan my obvious choices are Westmalle Trippel and Rochefort 10. Duvel is another that I must have, to my session beers I should put some English bitter Ale like Bishops Finger.

    My must have depends on the season. KBS is my must have right now, but Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is my late spring/summer must have.

    This too. I know Sam Adams' beer gets a lot of flack on this site, but this is the beer that lets me know fall is here. And that first one of the season on-tap is just incredible.
