Not yet distributed in Chicago, but soon. Although I am having my cousin send me a case. Should be here this week. That should hold me until it shows up here.

Just got into Dales Pale Ale.

But it would DEFINITELY have to be Sculpin. I'm hook'd on that dank shit...

Either fresh beer or aged beer, depending on the style.

As I make that transition from the winter's deep, dark, and mysterious to summer's kick the hell out of your palate hoppiness, a liittle sumpin' sumpin' ale is my current gateway beer.
I can't say I'll always be faithful darlin', but you are welcome to crash here anytime.

Whatever new DIPA piques my interest. Also a good RIS at all times to keep it balanced in my fridge.

It's currently Double Trouble (just bought my 3rd 4-pack today) and Stone Espresso RIS. I also have Enjoy By and regular RIS in there too.

Not that big of a deal. I really liked it, but anything that comes in a Red Bull can, can kiss my ass anyway! Buh Bye!

Flower Power... so comforting that it acts as a pillow for my head here in NY. Resin is also an awesome go to!

I gotta second the Flower Power. Always available, usually fresh, and magically delicious.

Celbration. Every year the first time I see that red case behind the glass door, I slobber all over myself before regaining composure and forking over a seemingly unfairly small amount of money. Seriously, if they released this stuff in bombers and cut their production by a 80%, it'd be one of "those beers." Thank god SN has the capacity to not make me beg.

I'm not sure I understand the question, so I'll answer it in two ways:

The beer that I will always buy if I see it is KBS. I know that's kind of obvious for most people, but I'm not one to spend a lot of money in liquor stores. But I love KBS, especially aged.

The beer I have to try one day is some sort of BA Hunahpu's or BA Dark Lord. I haven't yet cause I refuse to give up my cellar for either, but I probably will end up doing that one day unless they start releasing more.

I will absolutely buy Zombie Dust any time it comes in. Unfortunately we didn't get the case we were expecting today.

As for my haven't-had-it must-have: anything from Cantillon. Literally any of their beers. I've been stuck on sours lately and I've decided that I'll do whatever it takes to get a bottle or two of Cantillon the next time we get some in town.

Utopias, 120, and Behemoth. Even though I don't drink them all the time, I can't live without them.

Yes! When Celebration comes out next year, I'll be in line to try some fresh. I LOVED the Celebration I tried this year, and it was 2-3 months old. Still very good.

Year-round: I must keep Karbach's Sympathy for the Lager in the fridge. It's not fancy, just good beer.
