    i cant see why theres such an outrage over the term...i think its funny, personally...its not like im implying the beer is shit or anything, just the opposite actually

    On a related note, I've noticed a lot of outrage on turd advocate by people offended by the term grass beer when referring to turds that don't get picked up...

    Yes you are . A turd is a piece of shit. There are better ways to refer to good beers that you fine by chance.

    Saw Goose Island Honkers Ale from Oct. 2013 on the shelves recently.
    Basically the whole UK beer section is dust covered. Lots of great stuff hiding under the cobwebs.

    I know exactly what a turd is but its not like the term implies the beer actually is shit beer...its more of a sarcastic way of saying it...lighten up its just beer

    Interesting. The local place near me has had this for the longest time and nobody ever buys it because it's so damn expensive. I may have to give it a try.

    It's nice that a word can be used 100% incorrectly and if someone has a problem lighten up, it's just sarcasm. Well I think people who misuse words like that are dumb fucks, which is just a sarcastic way of saying brilliant, awesome and upstanding individuals.

    I would trade for some Sweet Repute in a heart beat. I only had one bottle of it and I was kind of drunk and don't remember it that much.

    The sales guy said his rep found a case of it and asked if he wanted it. He didn't seem to think it was anything out of the ordinary. I asked if I could buy more than one bottle and he looked at me kinda weird and said 'yes, of course'.

    I just don't get your outrage over people expressing their dislike of something. Why do you have to overreact?

    Pretty brilliant to state that "turd" does not imply that something is shit-like, since it doesn't merely imply it but actually connotates it. I tip my hat to you, young scholar. Now lighten up.

    $10.99 for 4pk of Founder's Breakfast Stout this last weekend, bottled mid-2013 maybe? Absolutely delicious.

    $30.00 for a 2013 Eclipse (12yr EC) in a random liquor store a few weeks ago. Was out of place and all by his lonesome. Still sitting there today begging to be consumed.
