    i've been debating about this re: hop additions.
    keeping IBUs at 100's my goal. the question is: for, example, a 2 hr boil, would you at at 120 min? later? i find that the hops really get dank (columbus, for example) when added to early in the boil.

    I boil for an hour then start adding hops if I'm doing a two hour boil. That way you get that extra boil time without ruining your expected hop profile.
