Perrin. I just visited their for the 1st time over the weekend and was quite impressed with their brews. Their Woodford Reserve BA Rye Wine was the highlight. Black Goat (Bourbon BA Double Black Lager), The Rapture Strong Pale Ale and Kona Coffee Brown were all tasty too.

For wild ales, Freetail is starting to trade for some pretty good stuff, Jester King has steadily landed me great beer, and both are still "up and coming" I'd say.

Karbach and 512) have great potential with a couple delicious BA Imperial Porters and nice regular line ups.

Deep Ellum has potential if they get more consistent.

We'll see what happens if Rogness starts doing wild ales as well.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with what's available out here.

Does Voodoo count? Or are they already established?

Draai Laag in Pittsburgh is a fun Belgian style brewery just starting to hit their marks with some stuff.

We've got a new brewery up here in North Texas that is kicking things up a bit. The guys over at Armadillo Ale Works are putting out some interesting stuff, but then again I'm a sucker for stouts.

I agree with you on Destihl. In a couple years when their sours are bottled, the ISO:FT forum will be exploding trying to get some Destihl Sours.

I'm gonna go with a beer rather than a brewery. Olde Hickory put out a one off called Redeemer. Best I've had from NC including BA Sexual Chocolate and Olde Hickory Event Horizon. One of my top 5 DIPAs. Please make some more!!!

Oregon.......oooh boy, where to even begin.

Crux Fermentation Project (old brewers from Deschuttes) in Bend are making awesome beer.

Gigantic Brewing in Portland is making really good beer and doing a lot of cool collaborations.

The Commons and Upright are both making really cool farmhouse ales. I think they have each been around for 2-3 years.

Fort George out on the coast makes solid beer. some very tasty Porters and stouts

last but not least, Boneyard out of Bend is making some killer BIG IPAs. every one I have had has been great

You have it at Twenty Tap? I just missed it last week. Was pretty pissed when I seen it crossed off.

Pretty sure I had the Lift Off awhile back. Can't really remember I am sitting at Twenty Tap right now tho. Might get it again to help refresh my memory.

These are two that came to mind for me as well. TG is unbeatable. Confluence has solid offerings, but not quite on the same level. I really enjoy a few of their beers though - Des Moines IPA, Thomas Beck, Citra Blonde). I was also surprised and happy to see a rejuvenation of Madhouse. The brewer said they modified recipes (their Pale ale is way hoppier), finally started using yeast starters (goodbye watery, glycerol infused beer and diacetyl....), and making some interesting stuff - Belgian Golden Ale with Nelson Sauvin in white wine barrel??? yes please.

I'd add for TG that PseudoSue is basically a Whale. Sells out in less than an hour everywhere - Amazing beer. I went to EL bait last night for a Zeelander - already blew the keg they got this week.... boo.. They are by far and away my favorite.
