In April we will drive the RV from FL to Austin, TX for the food/wine/beer festival 22/23/24, then to Petaluma, CA (day trips to Lagunitas, Russian River) in June, then cross the northern half of the country to Boston, MA. I will be "reporting" from the road again for approximately 4 months.

Pensacola Brewing in downtown Pensacola, FL has pretty solid beers. Across the line, Fairhope Brewing in Fairhope, AL makes a tasty coffee stout and a most worthy IPA. Cheers!

You'd be a fool not to! My brother used to work at the Mayo Clinic and would be able to pick up some toppling goliath for me on his way home.

I'm trying to talk a few buddies into a quick tour of Belgium in June. I really would like to visit Cantillon, 3F, Westvleteren, Struise and more.

I'm also planning a Vermont road trip for August, so beer would obviously be a big component of that.

Definitely check out Cellarmaker and City Beer in SF. If you have time to check out Berkeley, head over to Rare Barrel (if sours are your thing) and Fieldwork.

Thinking about heading up to The Alchemist and Hill Farmstead in Vermont. That area is about 5 hours away so it'll be a good road trip. Hate to take part in the craziness of picking up Heady Topper, I just want to try the stuff. I have seen pictures of Hill Farmstead and it looks like a neat little brewery. We shall see, got plenty of time

Wife, bro-in-law and sis-in-law usually venture away from a cabin in Lexington to explore breweries on that side of the state. 2 years ago we went south to Roanoke/Salem and hit Parkway, Soaring Ridge, and Flying Mouse.

Last year we we went north to Staunton and hit Shenandoah Valley, Redbeard and Queen City.

This year: who knows? Maybe back down south to hit Big Lick or Roanoke Railhouse.

While in Lexington I generally grab anything from bottle stores that's unavailable to me in Norfolk... Great Lakes and northern VA beers mostly.

Our ideal summer starts with a trip up to the Stowe, VT area in June. Hill Farmstead, Lost Nation, all the Burlington area breweries, ProPig, etc.

Then a trip to Europe in August/September which will include Cantillon in Brussels.

I don't know if either/both of these will happen, but it's what we're hoping for.

Headed to DE beaches in July. Will be going to Dogfish Head, Burley Oak and hopefully Evolution.

Also in April headed to Milwaukee. Will be stopping at Three Floyds, as usual. Hopefully will hit Lakefront again. Their tour is awesome. Will be taking a smoker up to a buddy and sitting around drinking beers while smoking some quality meat.

My summer trip plans are mostly determined by the Phish tour schedule so:

Tired Hands for the Philly shows.
Any good breweries or access to Hill Farmstead brews near Saratoga Springs?
Maine Beer Company and Bissell Bros. for the Portland shows.
Trillium and Night Shift for the Mansfield, MA shows.
Hit Treehouse on the way back to CT for the Hartford show.

And then I need suggestions for good VA breweries for Lockn' this August.

Going to Spain. Planning on hitting up the Barcelona based Garage Beer Company - they have done a few collabs with Other Half so definitely looking forward to them.

Just got back from my first vacation to Texas. I enjoyed a ton of Texas beer, and brought a good deal back in my suitcase.

Summer, I'll take trips to the cities, and over to Wisconsin.

Looking forward to Maine in August. Will be hitting up the usual suspects: Maine Beer Co., Oxbow, Marshall Wharf, and maybe Tributary.
