Had it on draft a couple of years ago at Three Floyds, and it's still the best individual beer I've ever had.

I think the reason why Pliny, Surly Wet, Westvleteren 12, Bourbon County Coffee, Darkness, BB4D, Fou' Foune and Sculpin didn't make the cut was because I rated beers higher when I first came on Beer Advocate.

I have considered that, but it also reflects how I initially felt about a certain beer at the time as well as the evolution of my palate. For me, its enough to know that a certain beer blew my mind so that I can at least keep a running tab on my preferences. Whether its at a 4.8 or a 4.9 is of no consequence, because either way I'll probably be jumping at the opportunity to try that particular beer again.
