    Well this thread's beat but I'll do my part. Instead of repeating everyone, here's my top 5 you haven't tried yet:

    Birrificio le Baladin Xyauyù Fumè (was a 5-year vintage - best beer I've ever had)
    Anchorage A Deal with the Devil
    BFM Abbaye De Saint Bon-Chien (this one was aged for a few years)
    Tree House Good Morning
    Samichlaus

    I've had more than enough beers to know my stuff. This is my opinion on the top 5 beers;

    1. Heady Topper
    2. Focal Banger
    3. Dinner
    4. Congress Street
    5. Green
    *Heady Topper is by far the best, such a unique taste*
    *Very very underrated beer is The Substance*

    I think a big part of "best" beers is freshness. I note a distinct New England vibe in the OP's list, not surprising since he is from Massachusetts. (for the record, so am I, and I can't really argue against any of them)
    Not to mention a very hoppy list.
    Personally, I'd add a stout / big porter or 2 in there - for locals I'd put Trillium's Pot & Kettle, SN Narwhal, Boulevard's stout, a Belgian or Belgian style - pick one - too many to name, maybe sours - Russian River's are all top shelf, not to mention the big guys in Cantillon, 3F, maybe Tilquin, a Weissbeir or hefe - anything from Weihenstephaner or Schneider & Sohn would work. That's just off the top of my head, without trying hard.

    Personally, I think Focal Banger is the best beer coming out of Alchemist...maybe the best, period.
