That beer was amazing...I loved Espresso IRS but throwing it in bourbon barrels made it all the better. Gave it a nice sweetness to balance it out. That bad boy flew off the shelves when it was released, and for good reason. Hahaha. The only way I was able to get any bottles was through events at the Stone Company Store in Pasadena. In fact they had a case or two during LA Beer Week. You have to show up at least half an hour before the store opens to get one though. And though I would really love for then to rebrew it, it seems unlikely. Espresso IRS was their 2013 "odd" recipe. They don't have any plans to rebrew it to my knowledge and I doubt they have enough of it to barrel age and bottle/distribute.
