    I would go Belgian Yeti. Not sure why but the wife and I dig it most of all of the varietals.

    Oh it is damn tasty, I got a couple of those still too. I didn't think it was very stout-like fresh, but after a year or so it got really chocolatey and roasty, it was freakin amazing at 2 years. The 2 year was definitely the best SN 30th beer I had fresh or aged, and one of the best beers I've had ever.
