Ratings-wise, Bell's Black Note Stout and Dark Horse's BBA Plead the 5th take top honors easily. I've had a lot of good stuff this year, but I'm gonna cite two more Bell's beers, Third Coast Old Ale and The Oracle, for spots 3 and 4, respectively. Beyond that it's really hard to say.

4) Tree House - Julius/Haze/Curiosity 19 (Take your pick, each is worthy of the spot)
5) BCBS 2013 (Oldy but always a goody)

Honorable mention: Alchemist - Focal Banger, Trillium - Congress Street, Fiddlehead - 2nd Fiddle, Hill Farmstead - Susan, Avery - Uncle Jacobs (2013)

Best brewery: Tree House. I've yet to have a beer from them I wouldn't buy again.
