    1. Lagunitas High West-ified
    2. Stone Fyodor's Classic
    3. 2014 Founders Imperial Stout
    4. Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch Weasel
    5. Ballast Point Victory at Sea
(You can tell I like me some coffee in my beer.)

    Letdowns:
    1. Sierra Nevada Barrel-Aged Narwhal (still good, but actually thinner than the normal version)
    2. Mikkeller Beer Geek Cocoa Shake (pretty thin and not even close to being the chocolatiest beer I've ever had, which is what most people were saying)
    3. Goose Island The Muddy (too thin and not enough licorice)
    4. I know I'll get a lot of shit for this, but Founders CBS. It was still delicious, but didn't blow my doors off like I was expecting. It tasted pretty much like someone poured a bit of maple syrup into a stout, which definitely isn't a bad thing, just not what I was expecting.

Here go, mine has a regional flavor to it, specifically the Southeast, and I haven't had any new stouts or barleywines that have knocked my socks off this year, but that could change when I do some cellar pulls. My list so far:

    1. Wicked Weed Pernicious (wow, arrived to me fresh after it's first ever bottling, @mecmd was a saint for getting this to me.
    2. Creature Comforts Tropicalia - So light, fruity, and delicious. It's also sessionable IMO.
    3. Orpheus Brewing - Transmigration of Souls - Tropical and fruity but hides the alcohol wonderfully at 10%.
    4. Wicked Weed Freak of Nature - Not quite as balanced or as unique in flavor profile as it's little brother, but a real keeper nonetheless.
    5. Lagunitas Citrusenensis - Fresh, juicy, and dank. The addition of blood oranges was excellent with no artificiality whatsoever.
