We weren't talking about IBUs. We were talking about once popular beers that are now also rans/overlooked. The Bros. rated Hop Devil a 99 on the original recipe, but it's pretty damn dusty on the shelves around Boston.

I freaking loved DFHs chicory stout wish it was still out & about. Big fan of Palo Marron, Indian Brown & Midas Touch as well. Never had WWS & need to check out the minute IPAs

Not top 3 but various Saranac Lagers. I haven't had anything by Saranc in over a year. Used to love their lagers in various sample packs I would be several years ago. I'll have to revisit as I'm always looking for lighter beer options to balance out the big beer samplings.

New Belgian Abbey, hard pressed to find a better dubbel on the market made over here, and its always more fresh than the imports
Deschutes mirror pond, I like it as well as SNPA but it gets 0 love.
Franziskaner Hefe- one of the first hefes I had and it still hangs with Weihenstephaner IMHO

I've known Hop Devil to be 50IBU until recent years where it increased multiple times to keep up with the market demands. I'll receive a return call with the details soon.

Stuff that gets next to no attention outside of Chicago

    Revolution Anti Hero
    Half Acre Daisy Cutter
    Revolution Eugene

All reliable go to beers for me since the inception of each brewery. A freshly canned Anti Hero can rival any IPA out there.

I'll go ahead and stick with one brewery for my answer...

I'm gonna go back a ways for this,
Full Sail Amber- great amber that was real big in the Northwest for many years, still popular.
Bridgeport IPA- first IPA I ever tried. Not like today's Hop bombs, but still good.
Deschutes Mirror Pond- a great pale that I can come back to anytime and enjoy.

Back in my College Days, I remember Watneys Red Barrel. I think it's still being brewed but not available in US. It could just be nostalgia, but I remember liking it.
