I see that, you too, are a connoisseur of the Store d'Oeuvres at the big box?

 

The most unbelievable part of the Last Supper was that a man over the age of 30 had 12 male friends. And they all showed up.

 

Scallops and Conundrum White Wine for an appetizer.

Steak burritos from El Famous Burrito with a couple of old school bombers of Ninja vs Unicorn for dinner.

Portillos Chocolate Cake and 2014 BCBS Vanilla Rye for dessert.

And I choose aspirating on Louis XIII Cognac as my manner of death, please.

 

Oh, the wives woulda put a huge "OH! HELL NO! You are not getting into that with your 'friends'. And don't try tell me there won't be "magical" virgins there buddy! Oh hell no! That attic needs cleaning." On that whole 'bowling tournament weekednd.

 

That's what Disciples are for.

 

Sounds like I would be drinking and eating all night till who knows what ends it all. I would opt for lots of really good lagers, smoked and non. Food would have to be many different salty snacks, home made pizza and fries. Throw in a non hazy IPA or two along the way. I’m pretty simple and these things are all very good when done the right way.

The host says “I’ll seat you when rest of your party arrives”
Jesus says “no we are all here we just like to all sit on same side of table”

 

Might as well go all out:

Appetizer: Tom Kha Gai paired with Cantillon Magic Lambic

Main Course: Ribeye Steak served with NM red chile smothered fries paired with Keesmann Herren Pils

Dessert: Chocolate fondue served with piles of fruits and sweets paired with Schneider Aventinus

If anyone wants another beer after dinner, there would be copious amounts of Great Divide Rumble on ice.
